Simon and Barnard may be wrong in their acceptance theory of authority

Intro: Simon and Barnard proposed Acceptance theory of authority. But their idea may not be completely true.

Main: Simon and Barnard have introduced the concept of two wayness of authority in their acceptance theory of authority

When sub has the power to reject, superior has the power to make them accept the command.
With the techniques like – Supervision, in put control, output control, behavioural control etc.

However the subordinate still can reject with his power of resignation, acting apathetic, perform nominally.
